You can contact us at email@example.com. For most issues, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted. We reserve the right to inspect the issue prior to sending a replacement. Please note, if the item is found to be in normal working order, the cost of shipping back to you will be your responsibility.
